Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Will sold out styles be restocked?

Selected styles may return, but we cannot guarantee restocks. If an item is sold out, we recommend joining the waitlist on the product page or contacting us directly.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a style before it is ready to ship. Estimated delivery timing will be shown on the product page or shared with you after purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Calou ships to many countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination, but most EU and US orders arrive within 2–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe: free shipping on orders over 300 EUR

Are customs duties and taxes included?

For the US, UK, Norway, and Switzerland, duties and import taxes are included at checkout. For other countries outside the EU, customs charges may be applied separately by the local customs authority or carrier.

Can I get a refund on customs duties or import taxes?

We cannot refund any import duties or taxes that were not included at the time of purchase.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date, or within 30 days of receiving pre-ordered items. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Yes. Shoes may be returned as long as they are unworn and returned in their original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If your shoes are not the right size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.

Are exchanges free?

Free exchanges are available for customers in Sweden and the EU when exchanging for the same style and colour.

Can I return sale items?

Items discounted by 40% or more may only be returned for store credit. Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days before the funds appear in your account.
