CAN I RETURN THE CLOGS IF THEY DON’T WORK OUT?
Absolutely! Unworn items can be returned for an exchange or refund. However, we don’t cover the shipping cost for returned shoes.

  • You can also choose store credit instead of a refund, and in that case, the return shipping cost is free.
  • Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface and return them with their original packaging, undamaged. Shoes with worn soles or damaged/missing packaging will be rejected and sent back to you.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

  • If your shoes don’t fit, we’ll exchange them for the right size, as long as they are unworn.
  • Free exchanges are available for Sweden and EU customers if exchanging for the same style and color.
  • Exchanges are only offered for full-price items.
  • If you want a different product, you’ll need to place a new order.

CAN I RETURN SHOES I BOUGHT ON SALE?

  • Yes, but items marked as "seconds" or discounted 40% or more can only be returned for store credit.
  • Sale items at 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Your shoes are being packed! You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and another email with tracking details once your order ships.

WHAT’S A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-ordering means you buy a style before it’s fully manufactured. Once it’s ready, it will ship like a regular order. You can still return pre-ordered items if they don’t work out.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (weekdays only).

  • EU/USA delivery times: 2-6 business days with DHL or FedEx.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes!

  • For Norway, the UK, and Switzerland, customs charges and import duties are included in the price at checkout.
  • For other non-EU countries, customs fees and duties are billed by the carrier after your order ships and vary by country.
  • Note: We cannot refund customs duties or taxes for returned goods outside the EU.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Free Shipping:

  • Europe: Free for orders over 200 €.
  • Sweden: Free for orders over 2000 SEK.

(if your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping)

  • Sweden: 79 SEK (free for orders over 2000 SEK).
  • EU: 12 EUR (free for orders over 200 EUR).
  • USA/Canada: 17 USD.
  • Rest of the world: 36 euro

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number.

CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN CLOGS OR SANDALS ARE BACK IN STOCK?

  • For out-of-stock items, click "Notify me when back in stock" on the product page.
  • Or email us at info@calou.se, and we’ll notify you if they return.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us by email or phone as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update your order.

HOW DO CALOU SHOES FIT?
Fit can vary by style, but generally, our shoes fit normal to wide feet. Some styles may run narrower, and we provide specific fit recommendations on each product page. Check our size guide for more details.

I WEAR A HALF-SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We only offer whole sizes. If you’re a half-size, we recommend sizing up.

THE SHOES I WANT ARE SOLD OUT! WILL THEY BE RESTOCKED?
We can’t guarantee restocks, but it’s possible! Join the waitlist on the product page or email us at info@calou.se, and we’ll let you know if they come back.
