- Delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Europe
- Delivered to your address or nearest service point, depending on destination
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
Outside Europe
- Shipped with FedEx to your delivery address
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days

Customs, duties and taxes
- EU orders: no additional customs charges
- USA, UK, Norway and Switzerland: duties and import taxes are included at checkout
- Other countries outside the EU: customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged separately by local authorities or the carrier
Pre-orders
If you order a pre-order item, the estimated delivery timing will be shown on the product page or shared with you after purchase. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated by email.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Important information
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock discrepancies or pricing errors. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Terms:
Returning Items
- Calou offers returns within 30 days of your order date (or within 30 days of receiving pre-ordered items).
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Items discounted 40% or more can only be returned for store credit.
- Start your return using our return system (see instructions below).
Exchanging Items
- If your shoes don’t fit, we’re happy to exchange them for a different size, as long as they are still unworn.
- Exchanges are free for Sweden and EU customers if you’re exchanging size in the same style and color.
- Exchanges are only available for full-price items.
- For new styles or colors, return the item and place a new order. If you choose store credit in the portal the return shipping cost will be free.
How to Return or Exchange Items
Swedish/European Customers
- Register your return through our return portal to create a return label.
- Pack the unworn shoes in their original shoe box, using the same outer packaging. Seal it properly.
- Drop off the parcel at a DHL service point with the provided carrier label.

- Register your return in the return portal and create both a return label and a customs invoice.
- Pack the unworn shoes in their original shoebox with the same outer packaging.
- Attach the return label and customs invoice over the original shipping label.
- Drop the parcel at a FedEx Access Point or arrange a FedEx pickup

Refund Information
- Refunds will go back to the same account or card used for payment.
- We only refund the value of the product, not the shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 calendar days of us receiving your return.
- You are responsible for the items’ condition, including their safe return during shipping.
International returns
For international returns outside the EU, notify your local customs authorities to waive duties or taxes on unwanted items. Calou cannot refund any import duties or taxes that were not included at the time of purchase.
For US, UK, Norway and Switzerland import duties are included in prices at checkout.
Declined items
For all packages that are not picked up or if you at delivery decline to sign for the ordered package, you will be charged an additional fee of EURO30 /300SEK /30GBP/ 30USD, excluding from the shipping and return shipping cost. The fee covers the costs of the extra handling.
